MakeMyTrip, a revolutionary Indian travel company, came to Intrepid seeking design guidance and UX/UI execution.

Reworked Booking and Results Flow

To increase customer conversions Intrepid simplified the booking process through an intuitive user experience. By decluttering the booking screen and using location-based information, users are now able to browse and book the perfect flight faster.

Secure Payment Process

MakeMyTrip’s target users tend to be uncomfortable with mobile payments. Intrepid encouraged purchases by breaking down the payment process into multiple steps and personalizing the experience in order to create a trustworthy and simple checkout process.

UX & UI Overhaul

Intrepid updated MakeMyTrip’s outdated app design and implemented Google’s Material Design guidelines in order to meet Android standards. By leveraging the card system, typography, and motion standards of Material Design, Intrepid brought MakeMyTrip app into the forefront of design practices.
